Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience (some facilities accept 1 year, but 2 years is more common)

BLS (AHA) – Required

ACLS (AHA) – Required by many hospitals; sometimes preferred rather than mandatory
EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
