Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced certification required


Must-Have:
- PACS and outpatient skills required
- Hologic DBT and DEXA experience required
- Experience with GE, Siemens, Philips, and Samsung Ultrasound preferred


Description:
We are seeking a Mammography Tech with a valid Virginia license in hand.
Pending or temporary licenses will not be accepted.
The technician will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
Daily caseload will be variable.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Weekend coverage is not required.
On-call duties are not required.
The clinician will not float within the facility to meet needs.
No floating to sister facilities is expected.
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated.
Local candidates are accepted.
Mammography experience required includes screening, diagnostic, digital, and 3-D skills.
Special requirements include PACS proficiency and outpatient skills.
Candidates must have experience with Hologic DBT and DEXA systems.
Experience with ultrasound equipment from GE, Siemens, Philips, and Samsung is preferred.
This position is related to outpatient imaging.
Candidates must be knowledgeable in charting using Epic.
The facility will accommodate various patient age groups.
Required certifications must be obtained before starting.
Pre-employment modules will need to be completed.
The candidate must adhere to all operational policies and requirements.
