Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of CT imaging procedures following departmental procedures.
• Prepare and position patients, set up the imaging equipment, and adjust protocols to acquire high-quality diagnostic studies.
• Independently operate imaging equipment with appropriate judgment, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout exams.
• Verify orders, document procedures, and ensure accurate labeling and storage of images for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment readiness and room turnover, assist with routine maintenance and cleaning per policy.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care, maintaining privacy, dignity, and safety during imaging procedures.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work nights and adapt to department scheduling needs.
• Dependable, accountable, and cooperative team member.
• Ability to independently perform CT imaging procedures, including equipment setup and patient positioning.
• Knowledge of performing a range of imaging procedures to obtain quality diagnostic studies.
• Commitment to safety protocols and patient care during radiologic procedures.
