Performance Expectations for the Tax Senior/Manager:
- Review Tax Returns
- Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants/tax accountants
- Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
- Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Be a hands-on leader
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
- Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
- CPA Eligible (Senior) CPA Certificate or EA Required (Manager)
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Public Accounting
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Busy season hours capped at 55hrs/ week
