Brooksville is a welcoming, scenic town located about 45 miles north of downtown Tampa. Opportunity Highlights Anesthesia care team model of 11 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs Case mix includes general, ortho, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB, GI, endo Set schedule with flexible options: 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and OB 24s available No call requirement with minimal weekends CRNAs are able to do A-lines, push own meds and perform some PNBs with demonstrated proficiency. Cardiac work available if desired. Incentive/Benefits Package Outstanding compensation package plus $30,000 geographic stipend . Additional $15,000 stipend if cardiac proficient. $75,000 Start date bonus, with early sign-on option Up to $15,000 relocation assistance available 8 weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period. Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
