Director, Product Stewardship & Regulatory Programs
Baxter Healthcare
Baxter seeks an experienced director to lead product stewardship and regulatory compliance programs across its global enterprise. This role monitors emerging regulations, assesses business impact, and drives cross-functional execution to ensure compliance while identifying competitive opportunities in evolving markets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess global environmental, product, packaging, and social regulatory developments
- Lead execution of product stewardship programs addressing compliance obligations across business segments
- Develop regulatory roadmaps and risk assessments; provide recommendations to segment leaders
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with R&D, Quality, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Partner with business segments to identify innovation opportunities aligned with emerging regulatory trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or related field
- 10+ years in product stewardship, regulatory affairs, environmental compliance, or quality systems
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and complex programs
- Strong program management and organizational leadership capabilities
- Expertise in environmental, packaging, chemical, and social regulatory frameworks
