Job Overview The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority, offering best‑in‑class products, and executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools. Responsibilities Provide a compelling, customer‑centered experience in‑store. Educate customers on technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject‑matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.). Monitor competition, advertising, and competitor services. Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required. Compensation Competitive pay range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, with additional bonus opportunities for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles.
