MCAT-to-MD Mentoring Experience
The new Altius mentoring work experience was built from the ground up to be the ideal job for pre-meds. Life as an Altius mentor has never been better (THINK: more cash, more fulfillment, more benefits, and more med school readiness).
- Higher Starting Wage $26–$30/hour, based on role (Instructor or 1-on-1 Mentor)

- Apply w/ a 515+ MCAT score, or 512+ FLE scores if you haven't tested yet
The biggest benefit of mentoring a future doctor doesn't fit well into a bullet-point. Our mentors change lives. The satisfaction you feel from watching someone progress from a 490 diagnostic to a 517 MCAT is beyond description. 1. If you haven't taken the MCAT yet, you can (and should) apply today using your recent FLE/AAMC practice test scores. We'll finalize your hire after you get your score.
