Teacher plans, supervises and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy. Teacher maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class. Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations. Qualifications To qualify for a lead teaching position with The Malvern School you must meet one of the following criteria: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 1 year of experience with children. An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or the human services field and 2 years of experience with children.
