The Position
We are seeking Illinois Licensed Psychologists to fill part-time/full-time positions as an independent contractor (1099). In-person or telehealth work is available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conducting initial psychological evaluations and psychotherapy for patients in long-term care facilities.
- Completing records for all work.
-Psychological testing is available for those interested.

Finally, while you are independent, you have the full support of the Davken team for any clinical, billing, or procedural questions or issues.
Billing and Payment—Davken handles all the billing and insurance verification for you prior to your receiving the referrals. Payments received for you in a given month are paid out at the beginning of the next month.
Training on Procedures and Protocols—-Davken has designed its clinical forms to be Medicare compliant and highly efficient to maximize your time and effort when record keeping. We provide a 3-to-4-hour individual training to review our forms, procedures, and protocols, followed by an introduction to the facility and staff.
Our Requirements
You must possess:
Strong skills in working with other disciplines in a healthcare setting
An active and unrestricted license as a Ph.D. or PsyD Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with patients
Have malpractice insurance and tail coverage for $1Mil/$3Mil
