What do you need to work with us? Sincere desire to have meaningful work that inspires you to help others. Great sense of compassion and responsibility. A driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance. Being at least 18 years old. Experience working with elderly people is desired. Responsibilities Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff Assist with personal care Companionship Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned Caregiver Benefits Variety of shifts available for immediate start Competitive pay based on experience (Up to $16) Reliable and flexible scheduling opportunities with part-time or full-time hours, designed to provide steady weekly work (20+ hours). Earn more for premium hours! Weekday nights come with +$1/hr (6 pm to 6 am), weekend days +$1.50/hr (6 am to 6 pm), and weekend nights +$2/hr (6 pm to 6 am), a great way to boost your paycheck.
