Compensation $115,000 $130,000 total compensation (base + bonus) Bonus tied to clinic performance and outcomes Position Overview Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our Columbia, MD clinic. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants to move beyond case management and into a leadership position focused on mentoring clinicians, improving quality of care, and driving clinic success. You will partner closely with leadership while maintaining clinical oversight and supporting a growing team.
