Activities Aide

At Pawtucket Falls Health Care, we are dedicated to providing superior service in a warm and inviting atmosphere. As an Activities Aide , you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging and meaningful activities.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading activities for residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and other recreational programs
• Partner with activities staff to create a dynamic and inclusive activity calendar
• Facilitate socialization and interaction among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity data
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop individualized activity plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

Ideal Candidate:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in senior living or a related field a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
