Senior People Partner role at Cepheid (Danaher operating company) in Lodi, California. The position owns the local associate experience, delivering strategies for engagement, culture, talent development, and employee relations while partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with site leaders to develop workforce talent, engagement strategies, and leadership coaching programs
- Drive culture and change management initiatives supporting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Support employee relations, compliance, performance management, and resolution of workforce issues
- Translate global talent strategies into locally effective programs with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence
- Lead change initiatives including reorganizations, workforce transitions, and business transformations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years progressive HR experience including business partnering and organizational effectiveness
- Broad HR generalist expertise in employee relations, compliance, talent, and engagement
- Demonstrated success leading HR projects and change initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency using people data and analytics to identify trends and recommend actions
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodology applied to HR
- Ability to travel 10% to multiple US locations
Compensation: $130,000-$178,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligible
