Summary
Plant Supervisor is fully responsible for the oversight and management of all day-to-day operations and personnel within their respective manufacturing facility. The Supervisor is expected to produce and ship products to their respective customers with these 5 key metrics in mind: Safety, Quality, Production, On-time Delivery, and Plant Cleanliness.
Requirements
-Two+ years Supervisory Experience
-Perform routine safety checks on equipment
-Staff and ensure training of facility personnel
-Develop plans that help operations run smoothly
-Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
-Work in production when staffing needs dictate due to absences or short staffing
-Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste for analytics tracking & review
-Conduct all daily safety talks and overseeing operations to ensure safety, while managing production
-Must know and understand each role within the manufacturing facility and know-how to train for each role
