Role and Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth. With a focus on building relationships, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs , and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in sales and project management will contribute to our company's success while ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. What you will do… Conduct thorough inspections of customer properties, including attics and crawl spaces , and provide creative, tailor‑made solutions to address their specific needs. Build rapport with customers and guide them through the available package options using effective communication skills. Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from presenting and explaining the proposed solutions/quote to successfully closing the deal Address customer questions, concerns, and follow‑up needs related to sold projects. Project Management: Provide accurate project estimates and detailed inspection reports to the operations team in a timely manner. Collaborate with crew leaders and subcontractors, where applicable, to review on‑going projects, ensuring accurate and complete project information for seamless job operations. Business Development (Optional): Represent the company at trade shows to present our services, generate leads, and expand the customer base. Build and maintain a network of strategic partners to generate potential clients and enhance business opportunities. Experience with CRM systems, BuilderTrend preferred. Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks as required. Driver's License with clean driving record Have the ability to access through a 22\"x30\" opening of attic or crawl space Able to safely climb and descend or work from ladders, scaffolding or attic stairs Able to properly use PPE such as respirators (1/2 or full face), 3M masks, protective eyewear, sound dampening headphones, utility gloves, tyvek suiting, knee pads, etc. You’ll be a great fit if you… Have strong ability to build connections with people, actively listen, and deliver persuasive presentations. Details: Job Type: Full-time, not remote Compensation Range:Ave. $100,000 - $150,000 per year, top sales make up to $300,000 a year Pay Structure: base + commission for the first 3 months.
