Front of House Director Hospitality Leader & Guest Experience

Chick-fil-A Paramus is seeking a Front of House Director to lead the guest experience, hospitality, and frontline operations. You will coach and develop the FOH team, uphold service standards, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
In this role, you’ll drive training, monitor performance, partner with restaurant leaders, and foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional service day after day.
