Our Chicago South location is a PT/PTA clinic offering free parking for employees and patients. We also welcome therapists interested in cancer rehabilitation. Join our highly trained ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team for diverse patients over 6–12 months. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients. Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors. Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager. Qualifications Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school. Valid State Physical Therapist License. CPR certification.
