You will own the growth of this business from audience to activated customer.In this role, you will bring together marketing, digital experience, technology, sales, and business teams around one objective: build a scalable, repeatable way to acquire customers digitally and achieve our growth goals. Apply now!Learn more about ADP at jobs.adp.comWhat you’ll do:Here’s what you can expect on a typical day: Own the Digital Growth EngineOwn the full customer acquisition funnel from demand creation through purchase and activation.Be accountable for customer growth, conversion, revenue contribution, and acquisition economics.Translate business and sales goals into an integrated digital growth strategy and operating roadmap.Drive Acquisition & ConversionTranslate growth and sales targets into audience, channel, investment, and acquisition strategies designed to deliver customer and revenue goals.Work closely with channel leaders to develop strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, programmatic, affiliates, mobile acquisition, and other growth channels.Connect media, creative, messaging, and offers to ensure a consistent path from demand creation through digital engagement.Continuously optimize channel mix, audiences, investment, and acquisition performance to efficiently scale what works.Orchestrate the End-to-End Customer JourneyOwn the end-to-end digital customer journey from discovery and evaluation through purchase, onboarding, and activation, identifying and removing friction at every stage.Design how digital and human interactions work together, connecting self-service and sales-assisted journeys so customers can move seamlessly between channels without restarting their experience.Partner across Digital Experience, Content & Creative, Social, MarTech, and Technology to deliver a connected, consumer-grade experience.Drive alignment across Small Business Services, Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Finance, and other key business partners around priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.Measure, Learn & ScaleEstablish the measurement framework across acquisition, conversion, activation, CAC, and payback.Use attribution, experimentation, and marketing analytics to identify opportunities and guide investment.Create a continuous test-learn-scale operating model that improves performance over time.Experience. You have 10+ years of experience in B2B digital growth, digital commerce, product-led growth, performance marketing, or direct acquisition, with meaningful leadership responsibility.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Experience building a 0-to-1 digital growth motion from the ground up.Proven track record owning a commercial or growth number, such as bookings, customer acquisition, or similar growth outcomes, and scaling customer acquisition against revenue goals.Experience building digital buying and onboarding experiences that connect digital self-service and B2B sales-assisted motions to optimize the end-to-end customer journey.Deep expertise across SEO/GEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, mobile acquisition, attribution, experimentation, conversion optimization, and marketing analytics.Experience with key marketing and sales platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and ContentSquare.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability across Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology, and Analytics in a matrixed environment.You will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
