A growing third-party logistics (3PL) company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. With new customers onboard and continued growth, we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is ready to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns accurately and efficiently
• Manage wholesale order compliance by reviewing routing guides and ensuring order requirements are met
• Provide guidance and instructions to the Pick/Pack team
• Operate a semi-automated product photography system for ecommerce customers
• Review inbound receiving paperwork and documentation
• Assist in managing kitting and special projects, including setup, training, and oversight
• Support pick/pack operations during peak volume periods

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
• Comfortable training and communicating with warehouse associates
• Able to create written instructions in both English and Spanish
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
