Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Afton Chemical seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) maintenance team at our Sauget, Illinois facility, located minutes from downtown St. Louis. This role offers the opportunity to lead a skilled union workforce, strengthen plant reliability, support critical manufacturing operations, and advance a culture of safety. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor partners closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams to solve technical challenges, develop employees, reduce downtime, and deliver reliable performance within a continuous-process manufacturing environment. Candidates from chemical manufacturing, refining, power generation, food and beverage manufacturing, metals, cement, pulp and paper, and other industrial manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply. Champion safety through training, engagement, inspections, and corrective action follow-up. Coordinate planned maintenance, emergency repairs, and reliability improvement activities.
