Fanno Creek Clinic is an independent primary care practice located in Southwest Portland, Oregon. We serve a diverse adult patient population and offer high quality primary health care together with the convenience of on‑site specialists, lab, X‑ray, ultrasound, and screening mammography. Owned by both the physicians and staff members, we collectively strive to create an environment that supports providing personalized, patient‑centered health care. About the Role: This position focuses on providing high‑quality outpatient care, emphasizing preventive medicine and health maintenance to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. We offer a unique opportunity for our physicians to determine their own schedules. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic physician to join us. This position may be available part‑time or full‑time with flexibility to practice at your own pace. Option for partnership and full employer paid benefits package. Minimum Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program. Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine. Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the United States. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in preventive care, outpatient care management, and primary care.
