Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our US Finance team. This role supports our crypto, money service business (MSB), and broker-dealer operations - all of which have grown significantly as eToro expands its regulated US footprint. You will support the US Financial Controller across all accounting matters, with emphasis on financial reporting, regulatory reporting, internal controls, tax, and treasury management. As a now-public company, the scope and visibility of this role are substantial, and you will have real opportunity to grow your impact alongside the business. Key Responsibilities Own key elements of the month-end close , including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, forecasting and management reporting. Ensure financial reporting remains compliant with US GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Support regulatory reporting across our US entities, including FOCUS reports, NMLS call reports, DFS reporting and transaction-level reporting for MSB and Virtual Currency operations. Partner with the US Controller and global Finance teams on intercompany reconciliations, cash postings, prepaid expenses, fixed assets and accounting adjustments. Support our evolving crypto and digital asset operations , including custody processes and digital asset accounting requirements. Manage core Accounts Payable activities, including vendors, invoices, purchase orders, wires and corporate spend platforms such as Brex and Expensify. Support financial, regulatory and tax audits, ensuring requests are accurate, complete and delivered on time. Own client and vendor tax reporting requirements, including W-9, W-8 and 1099 reporting , working alongside external tax advisors. Identify control gaps and build stronger, scalable processes that improve accuracy and audit readiness. Use automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline finance workflows, reduce manual work and accelerate the month-end close.
