Sr. Project Architect - Healthcare

Overview We are The Beck Group, the largest integrated building firm, seeking an experienced Architectural Senior Project Manager to lead projects from Pre‑Design through Construction Administration. Responsibilities Effectively manage client relationships, understanding their needs and culture. Actively manage budgets, schedules, programs, communications, documentation, and team assignments. Manage consultant relationships, contracts, and coordination. Collaborate with Integrated Project Leader, Design Team, and Construction Team to understand cost estimates, construction sequencing, and constructability. Lead documentation review for quality and manage project manuals. Lead building systems selection, evaluation, and detailing. Research and ensure compliance with jurisdictional architecture statutes, zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes. Resolve technical issues, monitor liability, and manage risk. Support and mentor project team members. Participate in annual employee reviews alongside project design execution. Qualifications 15+ years of relevant architecture experience. College graduate with an NAAB accredited degree. Professional registration. Experience with Integrated Project Delivery and a passion for process improvement and technology.
