We hire professionals who value teamwork, accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingDiagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsTroubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control-related issuesPerforming preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipmentServicing rooftop units, split systems, package units, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, and refrigeration systemsReading wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentationPerforming equipment startups and commissioningCommunicating findings and recommendations clearly with customers and team membersMaintaining accurate service documentationEnsuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulationsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of HVAC/R experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesExperience working on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsKnowledge of electrical controls, motors, compressors, and refrigeration cyclesAbility to read wiring diagrams and technical manualsEPA Certification requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with restaurant refrigeration equipmentExperience with supermarket or commercial refrigeration systemsExperience with building automation and controlsOSHA certificationAdditional manufacturer certificationsThe Right Person For This RoleThe ideal candidate is dependable, professional, self-motivated, and committed to doing things the right way.
