Organization: 317 Main Community Music Center Position Title: Development Database & Gift Assistant Department: Advancement Reports To: Community Relationship & Philanthropy Strategist Employment Type: Part-Time, Exempt Schedule: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week Compensation: Salary Band 1 | $17.79-$24.04 per hour Benefits: As described in Employee Handbook About The Position Manages the day-to-day operation of 317 Main’s donor database and gift processing functions, ensuring data integrity and timely acknowledgment of all gifts. This role is central to the accuracy and reliability of the systems that support donor cultivation and stewardship across the organization. Key Responsibilities Processes all gifts, pledges, and recurring donations in LGL Maintains donor records, contact information, and relationship notes Generates reports, mailing lists, and portfolio data for development staff Partners with Director of Business and Finance to complete annual reconciliation of gifts and database systems Manages acknowledgment letters and gift receipting in coordination with Advancement team Supports data hygiene, deduplication, and database organization projects Assists with donor event logistics and mailings as needed Benefits 317 Main offers a generous Paid Time Off & Holiday package that includes: 20 vacation days (4 weeks) per year for standard full-time staff.
