You'll build lasting relationships while helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the dealership lot. Identify customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits. Conduct engaging and informative test drives. Guide customers through the sales and delivery process. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service. Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities within dealership CRM systems. Meet and exceed personal sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications: Positive attitude and strong interpersonal communication skills. Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Automotive sales experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or other commission-based sales environments are also encouraged to apply.
