Director, Preconstruction: CapEx & Data Center Strategy

Nscale is seeking a hands-on Director, Preconstruction to lead our North American team and own CapEx proformas, cash flow, and risk analysis for hyperscale data center projects. You will mentor managers, drive process standardization, and guide strategic decisions across development and finance.
