Regular Mechanic

Okie Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Regular Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will perform general repair and maintenance work on a variety of vehicles and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation. This position offers a great opportunity for an experienced mechanic looking to work in a supportive environment with a consistent schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on automotive and light equipment Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks Repair or replace worn or defective parts, including brakes, suspension, and engines Maintain detailed records of repairs and service histories Order parts and maintain inventory as needed Follow safety standards and company protocols Collaborate with other team members to resolve mechanical issues efficiently Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in automotive or light equipment repair Ability to diagnose mechanical problems accurately and efficiently Proficient with hand tools and diagnostic equipment Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Valid Driver’s License required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to work overtime when necessary Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM / Shifts may also vary M - F 7-4pm Pay Rate DOE 16.00 to $18.00 Overtime: Required as needed
