Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic care to adult and occasional pediatric patients, addressing physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs.
• Coordinate with the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during shifts.
• Utilize the Nursing Process to make informed and critical decisions in patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience.
• Preference for candidates with Meditech experience.
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure.
• BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certification required.
