Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced General Ultrasound Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging. This role involves delivering high-quality imaging services for patient assessment and diagnosis during weekend night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal structures.
• Assess and confirm image quality, adjusting as necessary for optimal results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures during examinations.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to interpret imaging results.
• Ensure patient comfort and communicate procedures clearly.

Qualifications:

• Hold current ARDMS or CCI certification in Sonography.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical ultrasound experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in general ultrasound techniques and protocols.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently during night weekend shifts.
• Maintain active licensure or registration as required by state or governing bodies.
