Associate Caregiver Health RN

Position Summary Associate Caregiver Health RN – Providence Health and ServicesThis hybrid role is based in Walla Walla, WA. The RN delivers clinical caregiver health services primarily through telephonic and virtual means while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and institutional regulations. The position requires a Washington RN license and experience in acute or post‑acute settings. The RN works to support Providence caregivers and their leader customers and to manage inquiries following established service‑level agreements. Responsibilities Provide clinical caregiver health services via phone and virtual platforms. Respond to caregiver inquiries in a timely manner and resolve issues or initiate escalation as dictated by service‑level agreements. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and Providence policies and protocols. Maintain accurate documentation and provide guidance to caregivers and core leader customers. Utilize call‑center tools and computer databases (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM). Collaborate with other health‑services teams to coordinate occupational and employee health supports. Required Qualifications Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire. Minimum one year of RN experience in acute or post‑acute settings. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Experience in an employee/occupational health setting. Minimum six months of experience with computer databases and systems. Technologically savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and OHM. Benefits Competitive base pay ranging from $40.90 to $63.49 per hour. Potential for shift differentials, standby or on‑call compensation, and overtime pay.
