JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our Showroom team. Responsible for providing high levels of customer service and answers multi-informational phone calls. Will work with Ticketing systems and sell our venue and others through this system. On performance nights will set up showroom and usher guests to their seats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Box Office sales as needed.
Must have excellent monetary instrument handling.
Usher at entrance on performance nights; give direction to the customers.
Work with Stagehands, Bar Staff and Security for the overall smooth operation of the Showroom.
Assist in set-up and tear down of chairs and tables in Showroom and outdoor events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age is 18. High School Diploma, a GED or equivalent experience required. Solid organizational skills and customer service skills. Prefer previous nightclub or bar experience.
