We are a consumer bankruptcy law firm. Our mission is to sell hope to the hopeless and bring order to the client’s chaos. We bring financial peace to clients by getting their Chapter 13s confirmed and Chapter 7s discharged. We accomplish this by promptly returning phone calls, providing quick responses to emails, and maintaining flexible business hours. Grace is our core value, and we live this out by being nice to all clients, even when they are not nice to us.
Compensation:$105,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
- Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
Appear in person for court hearings in Atlanta
Collaborate with clients, trustees, staff, and the lead attorney
Communicate with clients through Zoom, video, text, and email
Deliver accurate, detail-oriented work
Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence
Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
- Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- Ability to use Microsoft Office is required
- Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
Must have a Georgia Bar license
Must live near Atlanta
