Warehouse Associate I

Role Overview The Warehouse Associate I prepares glass for distribution by performing support functions to ensure timely shipment, including inspecting, cleaning, buffing, taping, and repairing damaged glass. They handle daily warehousing tasks such as building maintenance, inventory preparation, bin maintenance, and outbound packing operations. Maintaining a clean, secure work environment while adhering to safety and PPE requirements is essential. Responsibilities Perform quality inspections and prepare glass for shipment Engage in warehousing tasks like building maintenance and cleaning Build and prepare steel pallets for inventory replenishment Assist with inventory preparation and bin organization Support outbound pack floor operations and maintain a tidy workspace Foster a focus on safety, including PPE adherence Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Must be 18 years or older Ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions and staying stationary for long periods Strong punctuality, attendance, and positive attitude focused on service excellence Key Attributes Attention to safety and detail Good physical stamina and teamwork skills Able to perform repetitive movements and handle physical demands #J-18808-Ljbffr Coastal Elite Pro
