Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and early learning. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all students. Provide individualized attention to children, including those requiring early intervention or additional support. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development. Facilitate group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and cooperation among students.
