Join the Cummins Team in Oshkosh, WI – Assembler Opportunities Available (1st Shift)
Kelly Services, in partnership with Cummins, is now hiring Production Associates (Assemblers) for immediate openings on 1st shift in Oshkosh, WI .

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pay: $22/hour

What You’ll Be Doing as a Production Associate:

• Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently, with minimal supervision
• Manufacture and assemble products using both manual and automated tools to meet quality and dimensional specifications. 
• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe behaviors and helping ensure an injury-free workplace
• Develop your skills in a team-oriented, inclusive, and growth-focused work environment

This Job Could Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have mechanical aptitude
• Have experience using hand and power tools
• Experience reading blueprints
• Have previous experience in heavy manufacturing or assembly
