Our portfolio includes some of the most recognized brands in the U.S. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Valdosta, GA.What You Will Be Doing Supervise and lead maintenance operations for a commercial bakery with hourly techniciansRemain hands-on with industrial equipment, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systemsExecute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliabilityManage CMMS data, maintenance KPIs, MRO processes, and maintenance budgetsEnforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while driving a zero-injury cultureLead capital improvement projects and support training and development of maintenance staffWhat You Need For This JobStrong industrial maintenance background with the ability to physically work inside and on production machinery4+ years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a maintenance supervisor or lead roleSolid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and building maintenance in manufacturingExperience using CMMS systems and basic proficiency with Excel, Word, and emailFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including 3rd shift, with potential 6-month shift assignmentsDependable, organized, and self-motivated leadership style with safety-first mindsetWhat's In It For YouFull Benefit's Package (Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K with 6% Match & More!!)If interested, Please send an updated resume with desired salary pay to View email address on us.fitly.work
