We are looking for an Upstream Product Quote Engineer to work with our global Upstream Custom Hardware Quote team. This position is part of the Custom Upstream and Product Enablement team located in Marlboro, MA and will be an onsite role. What You Will Do Manage the execution and timely completion of custom hardware quotations for Upstream Bioprocessing solutions. Create and manage all the necessary technical data to complete custom proposal packages. Review and assess RFQs for custom products and systems and provide a comprehensive response in a timely manner meeting or exceeding KPIs established by the business. Work with the Custom HW Engineering Team to develop and create the required technical data and documentation packages. Apply project management skills and tools to drive completion of tasks and critical path items, reducing response time and improving quality and completeness of responses. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a science‑based discipline, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales engineering, applications engineering, quoting, engineered solutions, or other technical sales support role in an industrial and/or production manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated team coordination skills with proven ability to motivate and collaborate across diverse, multi‑functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including conducting risk assessments and implementing contingency plans to complete projects on schedule. Ability to understand issues and problems from a customer’s perspective, and to communicate these effectively to drive internal team priorities and actions. Role is based in Marlboro, MA. The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
