Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant's job is to support the many different spheres of responsibility of the Gries Agency. The job requires excellent organizational and administration skills and a cooperative servant spirit. Their support will apply to insurance business, investment real estate, Gries Family Charity, and personal organizations. This is a 30-40 hour a week.General business support as assignedPayroll and Commission ReportsMeeting Support- preparing documents and presentations and follow up actionsHandling confidential informationManaging expense reports and commission reports for employeesPersonal and Business errandsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningHighly organized and detail-orientedProactive in problem-solvingAccounting BackgroundPaid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)SalaryHealth benefitsFlexible work from home options available.Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.Our office is located in North Colorado Springs.Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.I am a second generation State Farm agent.I am a proud graduate of University of New Mexico.We currently have 20 team members at our agency.We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, and Bronze TabletAdditional languages spoken: Spanish, French, and PunjabiApply Now And Let Us Put You On The Path To SuccessState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
