Mail Processing Clerk
The Purpose of the Mail Processing Clerk is to assist in ensuring that the daily mail-room/imaging operations responsibilities are performed timely and accurately. Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent Required Skills: Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad Typing speed of 30-40 wpm minimum Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to lift at least 15 pounds as needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, open, prepare, and scan all physical mail Process electronic communications from customers Provides mail imaging and data entry support Input and verify critical information in computer programs Work in multiple computer programs simultaneously Ensure confidentiality and security of information
