Zulay Kitchen is a growing consumer products brand focused on creating practical, innovative kitchen tools that make everyday life easier. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Director of TikTok to lead the growth of our TikTok business and turn social commerce into a significant revenue channel for the company.

About the Role

The Director of TikTok Shop will own the overall strategy, growth, and performance of Zulay Kitchen's TikTok Shop business. This person will lead creator and affiliate partnerships, influencer marketing, content strategy, live shopping initiatives, and paid social efforts to drive sales, brand awareness, and profitability.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build and scale a successful TikTok Shop operation, knows what drives viral content and conversion, and can turn creative strategies into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Own the overall TikTok Shop strategy, revenue targets, growth plans, and profitability.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition.

• Identify opportunities to expand product assortment, improve product listings, and optimize promotions.

• Monitor channel performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to maximize results.

Affiliate & Creator Partnerships

• Build and scale Zulay Kitchen's TikTok affiliate program to drive consistent, profitable sales.

• Recruit, manage, and develop relationships with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners.

• Create strategies for product seeding, creator incentives, commission structures, and affiliate campaigns.

• Identify high-performing creators and content formats to replicate successful results.

Content & Social Commerce

• Lead the content strategy for TikTok Shop, partnering with creators and internal teams to produce engaging, high-converting content.

• Identify trends, viral opportunities, and content concepts that align with Zulay Kitchen's products and target audience.

• Work cross-functionally to ensure content showcases product benefits and drives measurable sales.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Oversee TikTok Shop advertising and paid social strategies to support profitable growth.

• Manage campaign budgets, return on ad spend, customer acquisition costs, and overall marketing efficiency.

• Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, seasonal promotions, and key shopping events.

• Continuously test and optimize creative, targeting, offers, and campaign strategies.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Establish goals, reporting, and performance benchmarks for the TikTok Shop channel.

• Ensure inventory availability, fulfillment performance, and customer experience can support sales initiatives.

• Build and lead the team, agency relationships, and creator network needed to scale the channel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing and scaling a TikTok Shop business for a consumer products or ecommerce brand.

• Demonstrated success driving meaningful revenue through TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships.

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop's ecosystem, including affiliates, product marketplace, paid advertising, and live shopping.

• Experience managing revenue targets, marketing budgets, and profitability metrics.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.

• Experience negotiating creator partnerships, developing affiliate programs, and managing external partners.

• Ability to balance creative thinking with a strong focus on measurable business results.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Experience with Amazon, DTC ecommerce, or other marketplace channels is a plus.
