Front Desk Administrator - Ocean Reef, Key Largo

We are seeking a polished and motivated Front Desk Administrator in Key Largo who can support our daily office operations while contributing to construction procedures and help streamline the on-site teams. Position Overview The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors, partners, and visitors. This role requires a poised, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. In addition to traditional front desk responsibilities, this person will assist our sales and project managers with any construction related paperwork and documentation. You will also attend, coordinate and represent MV Group at various events around Ocean Reef. Front Desk & Administrative Support Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy Greet clients, subcontractors, and guests warmly upon arrival Manage check releases and ensure accurate distribution and logging Track, organize, and maintain essential paperwork and documentation Manage and organize local events in Key Largo and Ocean Reef Perform filing, scanning, and general office organization tasks Provide administrative support to project managers and leadership as needed Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting a luxury-tier brand Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented What We Offer Compensation starts at $65,000 annually.
