Program Manager

Miami, FL Are you ready to take ownership of major U.S. Government aviation programmes and drive operational, financial and contractual success? We're supporting a leading aerospace MRO organisation in the search for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale government and defence aviation contracts. This is a senior leadership opportunity with full programme ownership, including P&L responsibility, customer engagement, subcontractor management and operational execution. Lead the successful delivery of complex aviation programmes, ensuring contractual, technical, cost and schedule objectives are achieved. You will act as the primary customer interface, manage key subcontractor relationships, drive programme performance through KPI management, oversee reporting and compliance requirements, and support future business growth initiatives. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field 10+ years' experience supporting U.S. Government or Defence programmes 5+ years' experience in a Program Management role with direct P&L responsibility Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS contracting environments Experience working directly with Government or Defence customers Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain and finance Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and leadership skills LEAN mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence Travel: Occasional travel to customer and supplier locations If you're an experienced aerospace or defence programme leader looking to make a significant impact on critical aviation programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
