Responsibilities Coordinate and provide project management support for programs within the Health Support Center Quality Department, including the National Quality Program (NQP), Culture of Safety and Engagement (CoSE) survey, Executive Patient Safety Conference, and day-to-day team projects. Facilitate coordination and collaboration with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and business owners within the Quality Department to ensure project timelines are met. Provide status updates on changes or adjustments to projects, tasks, and timelines that may affect milestones. Lead coordination, scheduling, initial work, and communication for the National Quality Program, Executive Patient Safety Conference, and Culture of Safety and Engagement surveys. Schedule key project activities and track progress to adhere to deadlines. Communicate with the Vice President, Quality Operations weekly and report updates as needed. Coordinate Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and credit distribution for learning webinars and training, and other quality team event preparation as needed. Coordinate, aggregate, and maintain the quality plan across the entire Quality department. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED equivalency. Experience Project management experience preferred. Certifications Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred. Skills & Abilities Business Mathematical Skills — Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to interpret graphs. Foundational Computer Skills — Frequent use of email, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Foundational Communication — Simple messages communicated orally and in writing; ability to explain routine procedures. Routine Business Problems — Problems encountered are routine and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures. Job Specific Impact — Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area. Foundational Judgement — Results are defined and existing practices guide how to complete work with broad supervision and direction. Foundational Planning/Organization — Prioritize assigned and routine tasks effectively.
