Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned with student IEP objectives
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Track and document student progress, making data-driven instructional adjustments as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student performance and best practices
• Utilize engaging, evidence-based interventions and classroom management techniques
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements
