Dining Services Manager: Lead Kitchens & Quality

Brookdale Gainesville Southwest

Brookdale is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to lead and oversee meal preparation, menu planning, and food safety within our community dining operations. You will manage staff, monitor costs, and ensure high-quality, nutritious meals are served to residents and guests. The role requires ServSafe certification, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in commercial kitchens.
