Job PostingLocation: Indianapolis, INDuration: 6 monthsExperience Required: 2–4 yearsPrimary Skill: Desktop Management – Infrastructure Services (IS)Keywords: ITSM, ServiceNow, Veeva Quality DocsRole DescriptionExperience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 supportWillingness to work evening/night shifts and provide on-call support for critical production issuesExcellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalismAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasksStrong customer-service orientationEffective interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to learn new technologies and apply them to day-to-day support operationsBasic knowledge of networkingKnowledge of Windows cybersecurity managementRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for various IT applicationsProvide basic PC hardware supportSupport Virtual Desktops, iPads, Printers, IGELs, and ServersHandle access requestsEscalate issues to the appropriate teams and follow up through resolutionPerform Windows workstation/server patchingManage Windows server/workstation cybersecuritySupport day-to-day ITSM and ServiceNow activitiesProvide support related to Veeva Quality Docs as required
