Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will be part of the B2B Operations team supporting external retail customer supply chains. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Analyst 100% Onsite Alameda, CA Shift: 4 days a week. Mandatory: Experience working with EXTERNAL supply chains (Retail Customers) vs. internal supply chains (manufacturing plants and warehouses). What’s the Job? Support accurate and timely execution of B2B customer orders by serving as the first line of intake for order issues Perform transactional fixes, analysis, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of order discrepancies Monitor weekly incoming orders in SAP and Amazon Vendor Central, ensuring order confirmation and fulfillment KPIs are met Manage order disputes, root cause analysis, and support documentation for shortage claims and proof of deliveries Interface with customer operations teams and internal departments to maintain order accuracy and resolve escalations efficiently What’s Needed? Strong Excel skills, including utilization of Pivot tables and data analysis tools Previous experience working with external retail supply chains and order fulfilment processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate between teams and handle escalations Proficiency in SAP, Amazon Vendor Central, and familiarity with data validation and reconciliation Ability to perform root cause analysis and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What’s in it for me?
