Assistant Facilities Manager

To support the Facilities Manager in the effective delivery and management of soft services (cleaning, security, waste management, reception, landscaping), including finance oversight and accurate data capturing to ensure high standards, compliance, and client satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Degree or diploma in facilities management, business administration, or related discipline (preferred). Previous experience in facilities operations, soft service management, finance administration, or data capturing roles. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Proficiency in facility management software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
